The Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) is the collaborative creation of RR Donnelley and Tursi Law Marketing Management. Underwritten by RR Donnelley, the forum is a New York-based pilot program whose vision is to advocate for women in the legal profession.

WILEF's Mission Statement

Our vision is to create a dialogue for the purpose of educating women in law on how to become leaders in the workplace and in the community by building, exercising and implementing a strong sense of empowerment. We will "start the conversation" on the topics that are on the minds of all women in law today. We will lead by example as change agents with the goal of achieving results that will foster the adoption of best practices and policies to advance women in the legal profession.

WILEF targets women attorneys in Am Law 100/200 firms. The content of WILEF programs is created to address issues that are uppermost in the minds of this demographic.

Peggy Cohen, Vice President and Managing Director - Northeast Region of RR Donnelley, and Elizabeth Anne "Betiayn" Tursi, Tursi Law Marketing Management, serve as the Forum's co-chairs.
