RR Donnelley Global Real Estate Services is a leading provider of outsourced services and technology solutions for the real estate industry. Whether it's outsourcing a specific step in the commercial or residential loan process or leveraging the firm's technology capabilities, RR Donnelley offers clients a complete solution, serving 150 major financial institutions worldwide. Like any well-built company, RR Donnelley Global Real Estate Services was established on a strong foundation of experienced staff, proven methodologies and continuing technological advancements. Our legacy began in the 1980's and remains today. Acquired by RR Donnelley & Sons in 2006, the Global Real Estate Services business unit has been expanding and perfecting its line of services started by predecessor companies: Univest, MortgageRamp and OfficeTiger Global Real Estate Services. Univest Financial Group, Inc. was formed in 1985 as a loan portfolio services firm supported by sophisticated due diligence, analytical and valuation methodologies and systems. Through its loan audit, analysis, evaluation and transaction services information management system, Univest Financial Group designed dynamic portfolio management solutions for private and regulatory institutions in the financial, mortgage, insurance and pension industries. On January 1, 1995, members of the management group dedicated to the commercial finance industry purchased the commercial portfolio services division of Univest Financial Group, Inc. and formed Univest Financial Services, LLC (Univest) to offer portfolio services including underwriting, due diligence and securitization support, on commercial real estate, multifamily, single family and consumer assets. In February of 2002, Univest was acquired by MortgageRamp - a young technology company focused on creating one of the original online commercial origination platforms. In late 2000, MortgageRamp successfully raised additional capital to fund the creation of a business model that would provide process, technology and professional resources to a demanding and ever-changing marketplace. MortgageRamp acquired FASRE Field Services based in Salt Lake City. Founded in 1989, FASRE had become the nation's largest provider of annual property inspections to the commercial mortgage servicing industry. Atlanta-based MortgageRamp (now with Univest and FASRE fully integrated into its daily operations) was acquired by OfficeTiger in 2005. OfficeTiger was a premier professional support services firm offering judgment-based, industry-focused solutions. OfficeTiger was founded in 1999, operated in nine countries and was recognized as the second largest BPO outsourcing firm in India. Rebranded as OfficeTiger Global Real Estate Services (a division of OfficeTiger) the former MortgageRamp group continued to provide real estate support services to its ever-growing list of clients. In 2006, RR Donnelley & Sons Company acquired OfficeTiger's entire service platform including OfficeTiger Global Real Estate Services. Re-branded as RR Donnelley Global Real Estate Services in June of 2007, our historical quality of service and commitment to excellence is daily reinforced and strengthened by the RR Donnelley team's ability to generate and execute solutions to meet all their clients' needs. In 2008, RR Donnelley Global Real Estate Services joined the Global Outsourcing, Investment Markets and Capital Markets business units and became a fully integrated part of RR Donnelley's Financial Services Group. Management teams in every division combined strategic client focus to streamline our offering and provide clients a comprehensive array of finance and real estate related services.
