Account Background A cell tower company needed assistance in the abstraction of more than 8,000 cellular tower ground leases and co-location subleases for a future securitization. Solution RR Donnelley Global Real Estate Services provided a scalable, cost-effective solution for the client that supported this initiative. RR Donnelley dedicated an offshore team for nearly 100% of this project. Documents were received, indexed and populated into an excel spreadsheet for the client to upload into the client's proprietary database. After 45 days on the project, the client requested that all work be completed in the live database due to the accuracy and speed of RR Donnelley's abstraction team. RR Donnelley's team entered all necessary legal and financial data into the database, including default terms, expiration and extension dates, payment schedules and obligations, insurance requirements and termination clauses.
