Account Background The client - an independent owner and operator of shared wireless communications and broadcast infrastructures - acquired a large portfolio of cell towers and were concerned about the integrity of specific data points within the seller's lease administration database extract. The client also had concerns regarding the completeness of the lease files for the acquired portfolio. The client required an audit sampling of 1,300 high profile cell towers containing approximately 3,200 lease agreements to determine the integrity of the data. A team of lease abstractors, document specialists and quality control managers utilized and updated the client's database and tracked all missing documents.
