A major US-based financial institution needed assistance in the preparation of cash flow models on 600 properties for analysis of possible securitization.
Solution
RR Donnelley received, inventoried and performed due diligence on borrower and property-related documents from the client. The scope included all major commercial property types including hospitality, multi-family, retail, office, assisted living facilities and self-storage.
On a daily basis, RR Donnelley provided missing documentation/information reports to the client. The team established and maintained a call center to contact the client's servicing department, relationship managers and/or borrowers for missing documentation.
RR Donnelley entered annual, trailing 12 and/or year-to-date property operating statements, bucketing expenses in Moody's "pop-up" spreadsheet format as well as current rent rolls for each applicable property.
