A large real estate investment trust needed RR Donnelley Global Real Estate Services to prepare ARGUS models for the client's use in bidding for a portfolio of 42 regional malls.

Solution
The client selected eleven properties for detailed input and analyses and provided historical operating statements, current budgets and rent rolls to RR Donnelley. RR Donnelley Global Real Estate Services reviewed the data files and identified issues for clarification with the seller. We developed standardized coding for reimbursement categories, leasing assumptions and rent roll input across the portfolio and provided ARGUS models to the client.

Results
RR Donnelley's project manager reviewed and discussed model output with the client and no modification deemed necessary. The final models were delivered to the client within 14 days of the client providing the historical operating statements, current budgets and rent rolls to RR Donnelly.
