Account Background RR Donnelley helped a major US-Based Financial Institution prepare 77 asset summaries for submission in a securitization. Solution RR Donnelley's commercial due diligence team received, inventoried and performed due diligence on loan and property related documents provided by the Client. The team delivered draft asset summary reports (ASRs) on a flow basis for review and comment by Client. In addition, RR Donnelley created regional and local area maps and created photo pages for each property. As a part of the management of the project, RR Donnelley delivered tracking and progress reports on a daily basis. Customer Benefits The client was able to leverage its internal staff by taking advantage of RR Donnelley's scalable and experienced Due Diligence team. The client also benefited from RR Donnelley's ability to provide customized deliverables. Results RR Donnelley delivered the client-approved Asset Summary Reports in hard-copy to Rating Agencies and potential B-Piece Buyers, along with CDs containing imaged ASRs and images of supporting loan and property documents.
