Our Facility:

We are conveniently located in Downtown Tampa, on the 31st floor of the AmSouth building, near some of Florida's finest restaurants, theaters, sporting venues and tourist attractions such as the St Pete Times Forum, Tampa Convention Center, Florida Aquarium, Port of Tampa and Tampa Channelside.

• Open 7 am to 10 pm - Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays as needed
• Total of 4 conference rooms with 8 to 22 person capacities
• Conference rooms are equipped with high-speed data ports plus wireless access and standard dial up Internet connections. Each conference room is equipment with a computer, printer, and cable television.
• Our lounge are offers HDTV, a pool table, arcade game system, telescope, a fully stocked kitchen and food service area
• Offers access to fully appointed gym inside the building

• The building will be on your right

Via I-75 N (coming from Naples/Ft Lauderdale direction)

• Take exit #50 Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway
• Take exit #8 (Downtown East/Kennedy Blvd), this is a one-way street
• Follow Kennedy for eight blocks
• Turn left on Tampa Street
• The building is two blocks down on the right
