From Logan Airport

  • Exit the airport and follow the signs for BOSTON/SUMNER TUNNEL
  • Pay $2.00 toll and go through tunnel. Stay in the RIGHT LANE
  • At the end of the tunnel take your first RIGHT. DO NOT GET ON THE ENTRANCE TO THE EXPRESSWAY. Stay RIGHT. Go about 100 feet to stoplight
  • Turn LEFT at the light. (You are going under the EXPRESSWAY)
  • Take your next LEFT, but stay to the RIGHT. (You are on the SURFACE ARTERY)
  • Follow the SURFACE ARTERY to STATE STREET
  • Turn RIGHT on STATE STREET
  • Take the 3RD LEFT on to BROAD STREET.
  • As you turn on to BROAD STREET you will see the 75 STATE STREET PARKING GARAGE on your RIGHT about halfway down the first block — this is where we validate parking
  • When exiting the parking garage turn RIGHT and walk about two blocks to MILK STREET. Cross BROAD STREET at MILK STREET and you are at 20 CUSTOM HOUSE STREET (a pink granite building)
  • The entrance to the building is in the middle of the block — our office is on the 6th FLOOR.

From the North

  • Take RTE 93 SOUTH to the HIGH STREET Exit
  • At the end of the ramp take an immediate RIGHT on to OLIVER STREET (a one way street)
  • Take a RIGHT on to MILK STREET
  • Go 2 blocks and turn LEFT on to BROAD STREET.
  • You will see the 75 STATE STREET PARKING GARAGE to your LEFT toward the end of the street. It is an underground garage. We validate parking there.
  • When exiting the parking garage turn RIGHT and walk about two blocks to MILK STREET. Cross BROAD STREET at MILK STREET and you are at 20 CUSTOM HOUSE STREET ( a pink granite building) . The entrance to the building is in the middle of the block. Our office is on the 6th FLOOR.

From The South or West

  • Go to the end of the Mass Turnpike
  • Take RTE. 93 NORTH to the ATLANTIC AVENUE Exit (This exit is at the end of the South Station Tunnel)
  • Go RIGHT toward ATLANTIC AVENUE
  • At the second set of light turn LEFT on to STATE STREET
  • Take the 3RD LEFT on to BROAD STREET. As you turn on to BROAD STREET you will see the 75 STATE STREET PARKING GARAGE on your RIGHT about halfway down the first block. This is where we validate parking.
