Electronic Fulfillment

Whatever we do with paper can be done in an electronic version. Electronic pick and pack which can create a personalized document, is not just about programming - but also being able to store documents in a format so they are easily retrieved from a database to be multi-purposed for any media. We build electronic Stock Keeping Units (SKU's) to recognize where every item is located -- no matter if it's paper or electronic it's numbered and accessible.

A Seamless Process: From Beginning to End

Fulfillment is a seamless process from beginning to end - starting with a mailing list and preparing each list by taking it through several stages:

• Mail Sort: Pre-sorting of mailing lists helps to get the most accurate, successfully coded and cost-effective mailings. Our Postal Softä technology and CASS Certification qualify client lists to guarantee the best postal discounts available. Duplication is eliminated and address data is formatted to conform to Postal Service regulations.
• File Conversion: Data is converted to the most efficient and cost-effective format for each project. Whether a list needs to be updated, revised, coded, or selected, we have the computerized capabilities to do it quickly and accurately.
• House holding: Mailing lists are sorted to match multiple products to one person per household enabling the use of one envelope per delivery to significantly reduce the number of mailed pieces and, the overall cost of the mailing.
• Inventory Management via TraK: Fall orders are received online through our proprietary TraK system, which identifies where and how many items are stored in a location. Each of our fulfillment service centers operates a real-time inventory management system, which is key to maintaining cost control and limiting obsolescence.
• Distribution and Delivery: The inventory management system, TraK, also works to establish the client's delivery timeframe. Working back to front from the dates a client wants delivery in order to determine the least expensive delivery method to get the package there on time. Additionally, our fulfillment service centers are located across the country for whenever and however clients need information delivered.
