If time is short and one site’s capacity is maximized, compositors may access the job from other sites and help complete the pages.

Fast, Accurate Composition Tools

• EZ CompareTM:An industry breakthrough, EZ CompareTM was the first content verifying utility to market. This tool automatically identifies any discrepancies between the client-supplied file and newly typeset documents, enhancing data integrity and reducing error risk on all word processing conversions.
• Single-Source Composition: Unlike many of our competitors, we typeset each document once. Our system can then automatically render various formats, such as EDGAR HTML, EDGAR ASCII, PDF or laser-print, from the “single source” document. Many of our competitors must typeset a new source document for each different document format requested by the client. When last-minute edits are made, we only need to revise the single source document. The edits are then automatically incorporated into each format. Many of our competitors must incorporate edits into multiple source documents, exponentially increasing cycle time and error risk.
